When I found this book, I couldn´t resist buying it. I would not say I am a geek, but I really like Star Wars. I saw the old movies when I was a child and I loved them.
In this book you find a lot of crafts that were inspired by Star Wars (what else). It includes all movies and other related stuff (like the TV series). There are also a lot of different crafts in there. It´s a bit of sewing, crotcheting, glueing and so on.
A lot of the projects are puppets. While I think they are very cute and creative, I think it´s not something for me. I already have a lot of furry friends. But I have to say, some toys in this book are very tempting.
Then there are more useful things, like the Han Solo in Soaponite. I think this would make a great gift for a Star Wars fan. I also like the Ewok vase. There are also some jewelry ideas.
All in all there are not so many projects I really want to make, but it´s also nice to look through the book and maybe get some ideas. If your into Star Wars and like to craft you can do nothing wrong with the Star Wars Craft Book by Bonnie Burton.
This is awesome! I recently saw a star wars cookbook, but this is even better :) The book will be on my "want to buy"-list ^^
